SMS Program Overview

By opting in to receive SMS messages from WIP ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt-In

You can opt-in to receive SMS messages from WIP in the following ways:

  • Website Opt-In: Visit trywip.app and enter your phone number, then check the box agreeing to receive recurring automated waitlist status updates and early access notifications from WIP.
  • Text-to-Join: Text START or SUBSCRIBE to our SMS number to opt-in to receive messages.

Message Types

You may receive the following types of messages:

  • Waitlist status updates and early access notifications
  • Account-related messages and verification codes

How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
  • Contacting us at Support and requesting to be removed from our SMS list.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may opt back in at any time using the methods described above.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details about your messaging and data charges.

Consent Not Required for Purchase

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive SMS messages to use our services or make a purchase.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to:

  • AT&T
  • Verizon
  • T-Mobile
  • Sprint
  • U.S. Cellular
  • Boost Mobile
  • And other major carriers

If you are unsure whether your carrier supports SMS messaging, please contact your carrier directly.

Privacy

Changes to These Terms
